Case1

A Russian customer provided feedback that chipping on the edges of the shield cutters was observed after using them. Based on the photos provided by the customer and an analysis of their usage, our engineer recommended using a more impact-resistant carbide material and optimizing the shape of the carbide. The engineer also suggested changing the sharp edges of the product to rounded corners to prevent chipping.

Case2

In 2021, a US customer provided a drawing requesting a pure molybdenum boat. There was an unreasonable process detail on the drawing, which we identified and successfully optimized based on our suggestion.

3 months later, the customer provided feedback that the lifespan of the molybdenum boat not satisfactory. After obtaining detailed information about the customer's operating procedures, our engineers collaborated and proposed an optimized solution to the customer.

We replaced the pure molybdenum material with a molybdenum-lanthanum alloy that is more resistant to high temperatures, and increased the lanthanum content to significantly enhance its high-temperature performance. As a result, the customer used the product for 6 months, meeting their desired expectations.

No matter if it involves resolving material challenges or optimizing processes, our proficient team remains steadfast in delivering personalized technical support to our valued customers, guaranteeing their requirements are met flawlessly.
